In today’s NFL, one wrong word, gesture or look could mean millions lost. That’s where we come in. ITL Services provides expert training to get your client ready for the interview process with a variety of levels of service.

Experience that Counts

ITL Services’ Neil Stratton has over 10 years’ experience in the sport media, having spent over 10 years as an editor and writer with the Houston Chronicle, the largest newspaper in the South. He’s also been the President of Inside the League since its inception in 2002, and has overseen ITL’s rise from an obscure website to the leading consulting service in the football industry. Stratton has served in several media-related roles around the game, both in front of and behind the microphone, and works with professionals in the field every day. He also served as the Director of Personnel for the 2007 Inta Juice North-South All-Star Classic and as the Executive Director of the 2008 Cornerstone Bancard Hula Bowl.

Mike Hagen spent over three decades in the game as a scout with Dallas, Atlanta, Kansas City, Washington and Denver after winning honors as a two-time Division II All-American wide receiver at California Lutheran University. In his various roles, he’s been inside the interview room at the combine and inside the war room on draft day. He knows how scouts assemble their draft board, how they use their information, and what they’re looking for in an interview setting. He not only knows everyone in the game, but also all the tricks of the trade. He specializes in putting a player at ease even under intense scrutiny, and in preparing the athlete for any possible scenario.
